Every now and then, we get a funeral more accepting and soulful and less grief and drama. This was one of them. It’s remarkable how the animals tend to participate when sincerity is the primary element of the event.
I was aware of the Tlingit legend of the Raven stealing the Sun but not this legend. It is a wonderful story. The crying of the Coyotes doesn't surprise me either as they are more in tune with more things than we are.
